LSSU English requirements
From LSSU's international students admission page, which says proof of English proficiency is required for admission as an international student and can be shown in several ways.

Transcripts and evaluation
LSSU asks for a course-by-course evaluation of your transcripts by WES, ECE or TEC (formerly SpanTran), for both first-time and transfer students. Transfer students with less than 12 semester hours of credit also send evaluated secondary school records.
