Welcome to BandLadder. We are committed to providing quality classes, platform access, study support, and guidance to help you prepare effectively for your IELTS/PTE journey.

Please read our refund policy carefully before continuing with the course.

1. Trial Period Refund Policy

Refund requests are applicable only during the trial period. A student may request a refund only if they are unable to understand the classes or feel that the teaching method is not suitable for them.

The refund request must be raised within 3 days of starting the trial/classes. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Trainer Change Option

If a student is unable to understand the classes, BandLadder will first provide an option to continue the trial with a different trainer or a more suitable teaching approach.

If the student accepts the new trainer/trial continuation and continues using the services, then a full refund will no longer be applicable.

3. Refund After Using Services

If, even after the trainer change or trial continuation, the student still feels that the course is not suitable, they may request a refund during the eligible trial period.

In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting service charges for the services already provided or used, including but not limited to:

  • Classes attended
  • Portal/platform access
  • Study material access
  • Recordings, if provided
  • Doubt-clearing sessions
  • Mock tests/evaluation access
  • Any other support or service already used by the student

4. No Refund After Full Payment

Once the full course payment is completed and the trial period is over, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

By completing the payment and continuing the course after the trial period, the student confirms that they are satisfied with the services and agree to continue with BandLadder.

5. Timing, Access & Service Concerns

BandLadder will make reasonable efforts to provide classes as per the student's preferred timing, subject to trainer availability.

If there is any issue related to class timing, portal access, recordings, or doubt-clearing support, the student must inform the BandLadder team immediately during the trial period so that the issue can be resolved.

Such concerns will not be considered valid for refund once the trial period is completed or full payment has been made.

6. Final Decision

All refund approvals are subject to review by BandLadder. The company reserves the right to evaluate each case based on attendance, services used, trainer feedback, access provided, and the timing of the refund request.
