Waivers and other tests
Finance and Information Management accepts a degree taught and examined entirely in English, at least 12 ECTS in English including the thesis, or a GMAT of 600 or more instead of a test. Computer Science does not accept English proficiency letters.
None of the programme pages above names PTE Academic or Duolingo. Ask the programme before relying on either.
Computer Science also asks for a GRE or GATE if your degree is from a university outside the European Higher Education Area, and German at A1.

Conditional entry and fees
Polymer Science lets you enrol with B1+ English at application if you submit B2 proof during the first year. Several programmes accept applications before you graduate, provided you have at least 150 credits.
Bayreuth's programme pages say the university charges no tuition fees, only the semester fee.

Minimum vs competitive score
Where the University of Bayreuth publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
