Test rules
All scores must come from a single test report. The exceptions are TOEFL iBT, which must be from a single test date without MyBest scores, and LanguageCert, whose written and spoken parts come on separate reports. LanguageCert Academic needs 60 (no skill below 55) for certificates and diplomas, 65 (60) for bachelor's and 70 (65) for master's.
Duolingo is not on Yoobee's table. Higher scores than required are fine: you can still enrol at a lower level.

How to check
Yoobee points to NZQA for other equivalent tests. Academic and any portfolio requirements are set per programme, so check the programme page as well as the English table.
Requirements vary by programme and change between intakes. The score that binds you is the one on your Yoobee programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Yoobee College of Creative Innovation publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
