Daily evaluations reset at midnight India time (Asia/Kolkata). The per-type allowances, word plays and sample listens are yours for good. Unlimited is subject to fair use.
Questions before you pay
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the days you choose. When the plan ends your account goes back to free practice, and your practice history stays.
Can I extend my plan?
Yes. Buying another plan while one is active adds the new days on top of the days you have left.
Can I switch between IELTS and PTE?
Each plan covers one exam family: this one covers IELTS Academic and General Training. An account holds one active exam plan at a time. Contact support if you need to change exam.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
Every answer is scored against the official IELTS band descriptors, with feedback on what to fix. Treat it as a close estimate of your level, not an official result.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards (including international cards), net banking and wallets, through Razorpay's secure checkout. Prices include applicable taxes.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Your plan works on the web and in the BandLadder app for iOS and Android. Recorded video lectures are in the app.
Can I get a refund?

Do I need to attend classes?
No. BandLadder is a self-paced practice platform. Use mock tests, skill practice and AI feedback on your own schedule.
