AUEB TOEFL figures by MSc
AUEB publishes requirements on each programme's own pages. Four representative examples: MSc in Computer Science, MSc in Economics, MSc in Statistics and MSc in Law and Economics in Energy Markets.

Test rules at AUEB
The Computer Science and Economics pages do not name the TOEFL format; the Statistics and Law and Economics pages specify iBT. None mention the Home Edition, MyBest, validity or an institution code. For the same programmes, IELTS is at least 6.5 for Computer Science, greater than 7 for Economics, 6.5 for Statistics and 7 for Law and Economics.

If your TOEFL score falls short
The MSc in Economics FAQ says applicants whose bachelor's was taught entirely in English do not need TOEFL or IELTS if they submit an official document certifying it. Several programmes also accept a Greek State recognised proficiency certificate.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your AUEB programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
