B2 First score bands
From Cambridge's results page. You get a separate scale score for each skill, and the average of these is your overall result, with a grade and CEFR level.

What the bands mean in practice
A pass is any overall score from 160. A university or employer may also set a minimum for each skill, so check whether they quote an overall score, a grade or skill scores.
Cambridge targets the exam at B2 and says it also gives reliable assessment one level above (C1) and one below (B1), which is why grade A is reported at C1 and 140 to 159 at B1 (Cambridge).

When you get your score
Digital results come 5 to 10 working days after the exam and paper-based results normally 4 to 6 weeks after. Your Confirmation of Entry states the final date by which results will be available (Cambridge).
B2 First requires a photo on exam day, and you may not be allowed to sit without one; for B2 First for Schools it is optional (Cambridge). Rules and fees change.
