Test rules at BME
The page lists the TOEFL iBT and the TOEFL iBT Home Edition together at each level. It does not mention MyBest scores, validity or an institution code. On the same page, IELTS and IELTS Online are 5.5 for BSc and MSc and 4.5 for the Preparatory Programmes.

BME's Preparatory Programmes are the route for applicants at B1, with TOEFL iBT 42 as the minimum.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your BME programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
