What TOEFL score do you need for Carroll University?

Carroll's TOEFL school code is 1101, and it accepts TOEFL Essentials at 8. The page does not state section minimums, a MyBest or Home Edition rule, or a validity window. It will not accept letters from counsellors or schools as proof of English, apart from the exchange-partner letter.
