What Duolingo score do you need for Fort Hays State?

You must meet the English requirement before beginning academic coursework. Institutional TOEFL, TOEFL Essentials and institutional completion scores are not accepted. The page states no Duolingo validity period or subscore rule.

Exceptions cover 24 or more US post-secondary credits with the required GPA, English as your home country's native language, and current US high school students with a 2.5 GPA and two years of English.

FHSU encourages applicants below the minimum to enrol in The Language Company's online Intensive English Program. You may be admitted and sent the I-20 if you meet all other requirements and will complete TLC: Level 9 for undergraduates, or Level 9 plus two Advanced English modules for graduate study.
