Ghent University TOEFL levels
From Ghent's proof of language proficiency page, which gives TOEFL on the 1 to 6 scale and links a TOEFL conversion table for old scores. Ghent's language requirements page says English B2 is required for most master's programmes taught in English, and B2 applies when no specific level is listed.

Test rules at Ghent
Specify institution code 2643 to have your TOEFL results sent directly to Ghent University. Any proof must be valid on enrolment; if the certificate shows no validity date, it can be no older than 4 academic years, counted from the academic year after you got it. No section minimums or Home Edition rule are given.
