The admission requirements page links an infosheet on proof of English for other accepted certificates, and invites you to book an appointment to check whether yours qualifies. The Real Estate master's says applicants who do not yet meet all the requirements can take an admissions test or attend preparatory courses.

Bachelor's entrance examination
International applicants whose school diploma does not meet the German entrance qualification can take Fresenius's free entrance examination, a 120-minute written online test plus a 30-minute oral test. TestAS, SAT, ACT and similar scores may exempt you from it.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Fresenius programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Fresenius University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Fresenius) publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
