What IELTS score do you need as a dentist in Singapore?

The Qualifying Examination page says the Council may require a person with a degree not specified in the Schedule to pass the QE. Category A applicants need an offer of employment plus either Singapore citizenship or permanent residence (or marriage to a citizen or PR, or being the child of a PR) or a recognised higher qualification; Category B covers full-time MDS students at NUS.

The QE is conducted in English. Under the Dentists Regulations you are entitled to only two attempts, and both must be taken within 12 months of each other.

The language test applies to foreign-trained applicants whose first language is not English. Results are subject to a two-year validity based on the test date, and all scores must come from one sitting. Regulators change these rules, sometimes at short notice.
