From the CAMRT language fluency requirements for internationally educated medical radiation technologists (IEMRTs).

When you do not need a test
CAMRT accepts evidence from the institution where you completed your professional training that the language of instruction and assessment for the medical radiation technology programme was English or French. Otherwise you need valid evidence of one of the test results above.
The CAMRT page does not state how long a test result stays valid; check with CAMRT before you book.

Before you apply
IELTS General Training is accepted on the same terms as Academic, so you can use the version you may already hold for immigration if it meets 6 overall and 6 in speaking. Provincial regulators may set their own registration rules after certification.
