How ICM handles TOEFL scores
Ask ETS to send original TOEFL scores to ICM directly, quoting institution code 6961. ICM says it reviews its English requirements regularly. The page gives no validity period, Home Edition or MyBest policy.
For comparison, the same page sets IELTS Academic for direct entry at 5.5 with no band below 5.0, and 5.0 with no band below 4.5 for mixed entry.

If your TOEFL score is below ICM's level
If you miss ICM's English level, you can enrol in the Intensive Academic English Program (IAEP) at the University of Manitoba's English Language Centre. ICM says the IAEP is the only English language programme that leads to conditional admission. Completing IAEP Level 4 gives direct entry and Level 3 gives mixed entry.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your ICM programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
