For undergraduates, the page exempts non-citizens graduating from a US high school and applicants transferring from a US college with the 30 required transfer hours.

Undergraduates also need ACT 16 or SAT 790 (excluding writing), plus certified, translated transcripts or an evaluation from an accepted agency. The graduate application fee is $25.
