KOI TOEFL minimums by level
From the minimum English requirements table on KOI's international applicants entry requirement page, which covers all KOI courses, including TESOL. Section minimums are listening / speaking / reading / writing.

How KOI handles TOEFL scores
KOI says IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and CAE results are valid for two years. You only need to meet one of the criteria in its table. TOEFL is listed as the internet-based test.
For comparison, the same page sets IELTS Academic at 6.0 (no band below 5.5) for diploma and undergraduate entry and 6.5 (no band below 6.0) for postgraduate entry.
Your offer and your visa are separate. Home Affairs says that for a TOEFL iBT result to be valid for Australian visa purposes you must select 'Taking TOEFL for Australia' when you register, and it lists TOEFL iBT Home Edition among the online tests it does not accept (Home Affairs English page).

If your TOEFL score is below KOI's level
KOI says you will usually be advised to take an ELICOS and/or English for Academic Purposes course with one of its Direct Entry Partners. KOI does not arrange these studies for students or agents, so you book them yourself.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your KOI programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
