LSTM TOEFL minimums
From LSTM's English language requirements page, which lists one level for each accepted test.

How LSTM handles TOEFL scores
LSTM accepts the TOEFL iBT and the Home Edition, and says it can only accept the tests listed on the page. It does not state a validity period, MyBest policy or institution code for TOEFL.
For comparison, the same page sets IELTS Academic or IELTS for UKVI at 6.5 with at least 5.5 in each component.

If your TOEFL score is below LSTM's level
The page does not describe pre-sessional English. If you are applying for a professional diploma, a short course or the online MSc in Global Health, you can apply to the LSTM English Language Waiver programme, which considers your education, school certificates and professional experience instead of a test.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your LSTM programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
