How McNeese handles Duolingo scores
Admission to the Graduate School does not mean admission to a specific programme. The programme table on the same page lists IELTS and TOEFL figures only, so check your department's page for any Duolingo rule.
The page gives no Duolingo validity period.

If your Duolingo score is below 100
McNeese says it may admit a limited number of students by exception, based on likely success, life achievement and contribution to the student body. Completing ELS Level 112 also meets the English requirement.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your McNeese programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
