What Duolingo score do you need for Minot State University?

Both pages say TOEFL and IELTS scores must be taken within two years, but neither attaches that time limit to Duolingo. Minot State requires an official entrance exam before an undergraduate is accepted.

Graduate applicants who earned a degree in the past ten years from an English-medium university may be considered for a waiver, with a letter from that institution.
