Nova SBE English requirements
From Nova SBE's bachelor's page for international students and its master's eligibility page. The master's page names CEFR levels, not test scores.

Bachelor's exemptions
Bachelor's applicants can skip the test with a high school education fully taught in English, backed by a school declaration, or by submitting Nova SBE's mother tongue or bilingual declaration form.
PTE and Duolingo are not named on the bachelor's page.

Master's: ask before you book
Because the master's page states only CEFR levels, contact Nova SBE admissions to confirm which IELTS score it treats as B2 or C1 before you take a test. The International Master's programmes also ask for a second language.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Nova SBE programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
