Test rules at Prince Sultan
Undergraduate tests are valid for two years from the test date, and the undergraduate page accepts the TOEFL iBT Home Edition, subject to the test provider's proctoring rules. The graduate page is stricter: the test must be taken at official TOEFL or IELTS centres, online tests are not accepted, and an English-medium degree does not exempt you.
IELTS levels on the same pages: 4 for undergraduate entry, 5.0 for Medicine and 6.0 (General or Academic) for the master's programmes.

If your TOEFL score falls short
Undergraduate applicants who meet none of the English criteria are admitted to the Intensive English Program, one semester before the Preparatory Year Program. Master's applicants whose bachelor's degree is from a country whose native language is English are exempt from the test.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Prince Sultan University programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
