What IELTS score do you need for Saarland University?

Language Science and Technology exempts native speakers of English and holders of a degree from a university in a country where English is the mother tongue. Saarland says this does not extend to universities in countries where English is not the mother tongue, even if it was the language of instruction.

The computer science master's pages (Cybersecurity, Visual Computing, Embedded Systems) state that a medium of instruction (MOI) letter is not accepted. Plan on a test if your degree is from India, Pakistan, Nigeria or Bangladesh.

For Language Science and Technology, enter TOEFL code 8497; the programme accepts only official score reports sent by ETS. Applicants from China, India and Vietnam need their documents certified by the APS of the German Embassy.
