What TOEFL score do you need for Slippery Rock University?

The international admissions page gives SRU's TOEFL institution code as 2658 and also accepts 500 on the written test or 173 on the computer-based test. The graduate list says Physician Assistant Studies applicants who are non-native English speakers must submit scores regardless of citizenship, degree or experience, by the application deadline.

For comparison, the international admissions page sets IELTS at 6.0, and the graduate list sets 6.5 for most listed programmes and 7.0 for Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies and the MPH.

The international admissions page also accepts an ELS official score report at level 112 or higher, STEP Eiken Grade 2A, or a Duolingo score of 95 or above. Graduate applicants who have studied in the U.S. for at least one year may have the requirement waived at the Graduate Coordinator's discretion.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Slippery Rock programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
