If your TOEFL score falls short

Helsinki also accepts Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency and other routes listed on the same pages, and advises booking your test well before the application period because results take time to publish.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Helsinki programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
