How UW-Eau Claire handles Duolingo scores
The proficiency sheet says ACT and SAT scores must be reported officially by the testing board, while score reports from other exams may be uploaded through the application portal.
Neither page gives a Duolingo validity period.
For comparison, the same sheet sets IELTS Academic at 6.0 for undergraduate and graduate admission, and the application page sets IELTS 4.0 for the IEP. UWEC does not accept IELTS One Skill Retake.

If your Duolingo score is below 115
With 75 or more you can be considered for conditional undergraduate admission, beginning your time at UW-Eau Claire in the Intensive English Program. IEP applicants without a test score can contact admissions@uwec.edu.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UW-Eau Claire programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
