VUB TOEFL test rules
VUB lists TOEFL iBT (home edition) and does not accept MyBest scores. Certificates and proof of (online) language tests may not pre-date your first enrolment by more than five years. The page gives no institution code.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS (Academic Test and One Skill Retake) 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each component.

If your TOEFL score is below VUB's level
The page lists other proofs, including a secondary or higher education diploma taught only in English, Belgian community secondary education, ITACE at B2 and Cambridge B2 First at 170. Faculties may skip language proof for postgraduate or advanced master's programmes, and the person responsible for a programme may grant exceptions after an overall assessment.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your VUB programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
