What IELTS score do you need for Western Washington University?

Students whose secondary education took place in the United States, Australia, the English-speaking provinces of Canada, Ireland, the UK or New Zealand do not need to show proficiency. By exception, Western can waive the requirement for applicants educated elsewhere if their secondary education was taught in English; this needs an official letter from the school.

A B (3.0) or higher in two college-level English composition courses at a US college also meets the requirement. The page does not list PTE.

Scores must be sent directly from the testing service by the priority application deadline; photocopies are not accepted. Western's institutional code is 4947 for TOEFL, IELTS and SAT.
