How Laurier handles Duolingo scores
The undergraduate page says the test score you submit must come from a test completed within the past two years from the date you submit it.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic or IELTS Online 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each band.

If your Duolingo score is below 120
If you meet the academic requirements but not the English one, Laurier may give you a conditional offer. You still have to meet the English requirement. Preparation programmes on the page include the Academic Transition Pathway (ATP I, II or III) at Wilfrid Laurier International College and Conestoga College's English for Academic Studies.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Laurier programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
