Continuous Welded Rail Technology
Traditional railway tracks rely on expansion gaps, which cause rhythmic clattering and accelerate mechanical wear. High-speed corridors utilise continuous welded rail, fusing individual steel segments through intense heat into seamless corridors. Because thermal expansion creates enormous longitudinal stress, robust fastening systems and prestressed concrete sleepers must anchor the steel firmly in place.
