Settlement ke liye B1, B2, C1 ya C2 ki expired qualification tab chal sakti hai jab woh recognised tests ki maujooda list par ho aur kisi aur UK immigration application mein qabool ho chuki ho. Citizenship ke liye B1 ya us se upar ki expired qualification tab chal sakti hai jab woh settlement ke waqt qabool hui ho, chahe test ab maujooda list par na ho (gov.uk).
Immigration ke qawaid badalte rehte hain, kabhi kabhi thore se notice par. Test book karne ya apply karne se pehle gov.uk English language page par maujooda shart dekh lein. Yeh guide aam maloomat hai, qanooni ya immigration mashwara nahi.

English saabit karne ki zaroorat nahi agar aap 65 saal ya us se upar ke hain, ya koi lambi jismani ya zehni halat rokti ho (doctor ke exemption form ke saath). Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British overseas territories, Canada, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Malta, New Zealand, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago aur USA ke shehri exempt hain, aur Ireland sirf citizenship ke liye (exemptions).
26 March 2027 se level badal raha hai. Immigration Rules kehte hain ke us tareekh ya us ke baad ki settlement applications ko speaking aur listening mein B1 ki jagah B2 chahiye, aur Skilled Worker settlement ki apni B2 shart hogi, siwaye exemption ke (Appendix KoLL, Appendix Skilled Worker, 30 October 2026 ko parhe gaye). Dekhein ILR English rising to B2 from 2027. Neeche wali exemption us tareekh se pehle ki applications ke baare mein hai.
Skilled Worker (ya T2/tier 2), Representative of an Overseas Business, Minister of Religion, International Sportsperson, Innovator Founder, International Agreement, Domestic Worker in a Private Household ya Scale-up Worker visa se settle hote waqt English dobara saabit nahi karni. Settlement ki doosri exemptions mein gharelu tashaddud ke mutasireen, bereaved partners, refugees aur humanitarian protection wale log shamil hain.

Nahi. gov.uk Skilled Worker (aur T2/tier 2) settlement applicants ko exempt karta hai kyunke woh maujooda visa ke liye English saabit kar chuke hain. 26 March 2027 ya us ke baad ki applications par nayi B2 shart dekh lein.
