Frequently asked questions
Is the BandLadder app free?
Yes to start. A free account gets 2 IELTS speaking and 2 IELTS writing AI evaluations a day, or 5 PTE speaking and 2 PTE writing evaluations a day, reset at midnight India time. Paid plans unlock unlimited scoring and the full mock library and are sold in-app or on the web in your currency.
Which exams does the app cover?
IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, PTE Academic and PTE Core. You choose the exam on first launch and can switch later.
Does the app work offline?
Use an internet connection for practice, AI feedback and study plans. The app does not offer a full offline practice mode.
Is my web account the same as the app account?
Yes. Sign in with the same email, Google or Apple account and your plan, attempts and streak carry across.
