How Acadia handles Duolingo scores

The page gives no separate validity period or sending instructions for Duolingo. It asks for official documents such as external test scores to be sent to the Admissions Office, and other documents may be emailed to admissions@acadiau.ca.

For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS 6.5 with no subtest score below 6.0.

If your Duolingo score is below 115

Acadia accepts several other tests, including LanguageCert Academic at 70 to 74 with no skill under 65 and the Oxford Test of English Advanced at 135. Three years of study in English may lead to a waiver.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Acadia programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
