Other documents that prove English
Master's applicants can submit a bachelor's or master's diploma with information on the language of instruction, in the diploma, the supplement or a separate certificate. Both levels accept a 9-month preparatory course in Poland, a degree in English philology or applied linguistics, the IB Diploma (primary language), the European Baccalaureate (L1 or L2) or a sworn translator certificate.
A Polish secondary school certificate (bachelor's) or Polish higher education diploma (master's) removes the need for a language certificate. Duolingo is not on AGH's list.

Final certificates and how to check
AGH says it does not accept temporary documents such as PDF score reports or statements of results, so wait for your official IELTS Test Report Form before uploading. Recruitment runs in a summer round (June to September) and a winter round (January to February).
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your AGH programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where AGH University of Krakow publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
