How American College Dublin handles Duolingo scores
Share your Duolingo results with the college through the Duolingo website; the page points to englishtest.duolingo.com/sharing for guidance. All other English exams are sent as an official certificate by email. The Creative Writing programmes are higher because of the amount of writing they involve.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic 6.0 with all subscores 5.5 or higher for bachelor's and 6.5 with all subscores 6.0 or higher for master's.
