BME test rules
The page lists Duolingo with a single overall minimum and sets no subscores. It gives no validity period or Duolingo sending instruction; documents are uploaded through BME's e-admission system with the application.
In special cases, such as inability to take exams because of international sanctions or unavailable services, you can request advance permission for an internal BME English test.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS or IELTS Online 5.5 where it asks for Duolingo 100, and IELTS 4.5 against Duolingo 60.

If your Duolingo score is below 100
A score of 60 to 95 meets the bar for BME's preparatory programmes, which do not require an admission test. Degree applicants also take an e-admission exam or placement test.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your BME programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
