Bocconi TOEFL iBT minimums

Test rules at Bocconi
The CEMS page says CEMS does not accept TOEFL MyBest scores, only results from a specific test date. For the CEMS MIM it also accepts the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition at 100 with at least 20 per section, and the TOEFL ITP Plus for China Solution at 627 (Listening 64, Structure and Written 64, Reading 63).
The bachelor's page lists the TOEFL iBT Home Edition next to the test-centre test for both the B2 and B1 levels. On that page, IELTS Academic for English-taught bachelor's is 6.5 with at least 6.0 in every section; the MSc page asks the same 6.5 with 6 in every section.

If your TOEFL score falls short
None of the pages above describe a conditional offer or a pre-sessional route for a TOEFL score below the minimum. The MSc page says nationals of majority English-speaking countries, such as Australia, Canada and New Zealand, are assumed to meet the requirement.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Bocconi programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
