Test rules at Centennial
The page says Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Practical Nursing, Practical Nursing Flex and Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion have additional English requirements on their program pages. It does not mention the Home Edition, MyBest scores, validity or an institution code.
On the same page, IELTS Academic is 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for certificates and diplomas and 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for fast-track, degree and graduate certificate programs.

If your TOEFL score falls short
Centennial accepts its own English programs instead of a test: COMM 162/163 with a C (60%), Level 5 of its English Language Learning program (C for most programs, A for graduate certificates), Level 3 of English for Academic Preparation, or an ESL program at a partnership school.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Centennial programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
