How CWU handles TOEFL scores
Both pages require official scores sent directly from ETS; photocopies and examinee copies are not accepted. Scores more than two years old, and scores from the Institutional TOEFL, cannot be used for admission. The undergraduate page gives CWU's school code as 4044.
For comparison, the undergraduate page sets IELTS at 6.0 and the graduate page at 6.5.

If your TOEFL score is below CWU's level
The undergraduate page waives the English requirement for students who complete PEAP Level 6 or higher, or who complete UESL with a B or higher and a programme recommendation. It also accepts two college English composition courses at C or better from a US college.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your CWU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
