The two pages differ on graduate PTE: the English requirements page lists 58 with no part below 40, while the graduate admission page lists 50 with no band below 48. Confirm with admissions@ccis.edu before you rely on either.
Undergraduates can also use WAEC B3 or better, CXC 2 or better, or GCSE/IGCSE C or 5. Both levels accept a C or higher in a US English composition course equivalent to ENGL 133W, or set CLEP or DSST scores. Score age and how to check
Graduate test results cannot be older than two years before the desired enrolment date. The college may ask for more documentation to verify English proficiency.

Minimum vs competitive score
Where Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
If you are close to the line, aim for a margin above it: one weak skill can miss the requirement even when the overall band clears it. Not sure where you stand? Take a free IELTS mock test and get a band for each skill.
