Test rules and how to send your score
CUW lists "PTE / PTE Express" at the same score, so PTE Express counts. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson code. For DPT, MOT and OTD it says the test score cannot be more than two years old at application; no general PTE validity rule is printed.
On the same page, IELTS is 6 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduate study, beside PTE 55 and 61.

If you fall short
CUW runs ESL coursework in partnership with Oxford ELLT, and completed ESL coursework from its partners (MLC, WESLI and ELS) is also listed as a route. ACT or SAT scores, IB or British O or A levels, and study in a test-exempt country can also exempt undergraduates.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your CUW programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
