What IELTS score do you need for Corvinus University of Budapest?

Corvinus says that English being listed as the language of instruction does not earn an exemption. You must show official documents from the institution proving that all your exams, including the final high school diploma exams, were taken in English. For most applicants from India, Pakistan or Nigeria, that makes IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 100 the simpler route.

Applicants are not required to submit an English certificate for Corvinus master's programmes, except the MSc Management and Leadership, the integrated CEMS programme. That one asks IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 100, PTE Academic 68, Cambridge CPE grade C or CAE grade B, BEC Higher grade B or Corvinus Business English C1, alongside an in-house written exam and an oral exam.

CEMS waives the certificate if your bachelor's was taught entirely in English at a university in a majority English-speaking country, a university accredited by AACSB or EQUIS, or a CEMS member university. The MBA needs B2 English, assessed at the entrance interview, with no certificate.
