Test rules and how to send your score
The undergraduate page asks you to request that the results be sent to Dalhousie by the tester directly. The graduate page accepts tests for admission up to two years after completion. Neither page mentions PTE Academic Online or PTE Core; the graduate page does say IELTS Academic is accepted in person and online.

If you fall short
The graduate page accepts completion of the Dalhousie English Language Studies course English for Academic Purposes Level 2, with an overall grade of A-, instead of a test. The pages do not give a PTE entry score for the course.
