How DCU handles Duolingo scores
DCU asks you to provide the verification link when you submit Duolingo evidence and to share your results with DCU. All scores must be achieved in one sitting.
Postgraduate certificates must be awarded within two years before your DCU programme starts. The page warns that individual programmes may set higher requirements, so check the programme page.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any component.

If your Duolingo score is below 120
The page says that in exceptional circumstances results in other examinations may be accepted, including for applicants educated through English in an English-speaking country. Contact DCU Admissions for details.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your DCU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
