Doshisha TOEFL iBT minimums by programme

Test rules at Doshisha
ILA says TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition and Home Edition scores are no longer accepted, and only Test Date Scores count; MyBest scores will not be considered. The Global MBA does not accept the Home Edition, TOEFL CBT, PBT or ITP, and asks for scores dated on or after 1 November 2024.
On the same pages, ILA asks IELTS Academic 6.5 or above and the Global MBA asks 6.0 or above.

If your TOEFL score falls short
ILA exempts native speakers of English and applicants with 12 or more years of education in English from submitting a score. The Global MBA waives the test for native speakers and for holders of a bachelor's or master's degree taught in English, and also accepts TOEIC Listening and Reading 760 or Cambridge FCE (Pass).
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Doshisha programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
