If your TOEFL score is below Drake's level
The page does not describe a conditional or pathway route. Students who, within two years before starting at Drake, attended a high school or higher education institution for two years or more in a country where English is the official language, with English as the medium of instruction, are exempt.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Drake programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
