Test rules at DTU
The master's page says DTU does not accept MyBest scores, does not receive results directly from test providers (you upload the official score report), and treats TOEFL iBT results as valid for two years from the test date. It also says DTU grants no exemptions from the minimum test scores.
For the bachelor's, DTU asks you to register its TOEFL code 1684 before the test so it can verify the score online, and says results that cannot be verified on 5 July are not accepted. The master's page sets IELTS Academic at 6.5 with 6.0 in each section.

If your TOEFL score falls short
DTU says applicants who do not meet the required scores cannot be admitted, and it lists no pathway or pre-sessional route on these pages.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your DTU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
