Validity and the IELTS level
The page says results for all proficiency tests must be dated within two years of course commencement. PTE Academic carries an asterisk: there may be additional requirements for some visa-required countries. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online or an institution code, and points to its English Language Policy in the Quality Assurance Handbook for detail.
Pearson's own PTE Core FAQ describes PTE Core as a general English test that is initially suitable only for work and migration routes to Canada, and says PTE Academic is the test accepted for university study.
For comparison, the same table asks IELTS Academic 6.0 overall, also with an asterisk, and TOEFL iBT 76.

If your PTE score falls short
The page also lists the Kaplan Test of English (KTE) and the Oxford Test of English (126 to 140) as accepted tests. Programme pages and your offer letter may set a higher level than the general table.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your DBS programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
