Exemptions and other tests
No test is needed if English is your native language or was the medium of your bachelor's degree, which covers many Indian, Pakistani and Nigerian graduates. Ask your university for a medium of instruction letter.

Intakes and fees
The English page lists Fall (September) and Spring (February) intakes; the French pages say September or March. The Spring 2027 deadline is 15 January 2027 and the application fee is €60.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your EPITA programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where EPITA publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.

Does EPITA accept a medium of instruction letter?+
Yes. If your bachelor's was taught in English, EPITA says you are exempt from the test.
