Bachelor's English requirement: programme examples
EUR's bachelor's page for applicants who need a proficiency test says that in most cases you take TOEFL or IELTS, and points you to your programme's admission requirements for the score. The three international bachelor's below show how far they differ.
The International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics (IBEB) requires no sub-scores and also accepts Cambridge B2 First, C1 Advanced (170) or C2 Proficiency (180). The International Bachelor in Psychology accepts Cambridge C1 180 or C2 200, and the International Bachelor Communication and Media accepts Cambridge C1/C2 180.

The programme pages agree that test results may not be older than two years when you apply. IBEB, IBCoM and the MSc Economics and Business all refuse IELTS One Skill Retake, TOEFL Home Edition and TOEFL MyBest scores; IBEB and the MSc also name IELTS Indicator.
IBEB and the MSc Economics and Business say online English tests are "not accepted for visa and residence permit purposes under IND regulations". Non-EEA students who need a visa or residence permit must therefore test at an official centre, while EEA students may use online versions. Psychology, IBCoM and Media, Digitalisation & Society refuse IELTS Online for everyone.
Beyond that rule, EUR's pages set no separate English score for the residence permit. See IELTS for the Netherlands for the wider picture.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your EUR programme page and in your admission decision, so check it there before you book a test.
